Order Cancellation Policy

Need to Cancel Your Order?

We understand—sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel your order, please email us at hello@wondersunveiled.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Cancellation requests must be received before your order has been produced or fulfilled. We typically begin processing orders within 24 hours, so please reach out promptly if you need to make a cancellation.

To request a cancellation, please include:

● Your full name

● Order number

● A brief request to cancel your order

If your cancellation request is received before production or fulfillment has begun, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Once an order has been produced, packaged, or fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled. At that point, our regular Return Policy applies, if applicable.

Please note that sending a cancellation request does not guarantee that your order can be canceled. We will confirm whether your order has already entered production or fulfillment and let you know whether the cancellation can be processed.

The sooner you contact us, the better! We’ll always do our best to catch your order before it moves into production.
