All items at Wonders Unveiled are made to order, which means your product is created especially for you after purchase.
• Processing time: 1–3 business days
• Processing time does not include shipping time
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
Once your order is complete, it’s carefully packaged and handed off to one of our trusted fulfillment partners.

• Printify
• Printful
Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or local international carriers.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive:
• A confirmation email right after purchase
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

• Wonders Unveiled is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• If you notice an error, contact me immediately
• Address changes may be possible if your order has not yet entered production
Once an item is in production or has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
While most orders arrive smoothly, occasional delays or issues can happen.
• Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues or peak seasons
• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I’ll gladly work with you to make it right
Because items are made to order, resolutions are handled case by case in alignment with our refund policy — and your satisfaction truly matters to me.
