How long will it take to receive my order?
Because each item is made just for you after you place your order, processing typically takes 2–7 business days. Shipping times vary by location but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Some products are printed and fulfilled by different production partners or facilities. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since orders go into production quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible if production hasn’t started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
Do you accept returns?
Because every product is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please email us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Are your products handmade?
Every design is originally created by Wonders Unveiled. Products are professionally printed on demand, meaning each item is produced specifically for your order.
Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
Colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings and the printing process.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update your address before your order enters production.
