Because of the nature of my products, all sales are final, which means I’m unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges—except in certain cases (keep reading!).
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
Oh no! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I’ll work with you to make it right—whether that’s a replacement or another solution. Your happiness matters to me!
For European Union Customers
If you’re in the EU, you have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order (as part of the EU cooling-off period). To start a return, please contact us at support@wondersunveiled.com within 14 days. The item must be sent back in its original condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
