More Permanent than Ink

God’s love for you is permanent. More permanent than a tattoo, but for this analogy a tattoo will do the trick. His love for YOU is so raw, real, and evident that it cannot be missed. When I think about the love of God, I see peoples names written on His heart. To keep them close on something so precious. YOU mean more to Him than life itself. And He doesn’t just say “I love you.” He proved it. And continues to make it known everyday.
This watercolor piece has black marker for the names tattooed across His heart. My hope is every time you look at this and see the variety of names across different cultures, you’d know that even amongst the crowd, He singles you out. You are on God’s heart now and forever. And nothing will ever separate you from the love of God.
